  1. The current method to change the appearance of refbase is to edit the style
  2. files in the 'css' subdirectory and/or to replace the 'header.inc.php' and
  3. 'footer.inc.php' in the 'includes' subdirectory.  This directory contains
  4. examples of customized versions of these files.
